MAVS x Trilogy Sports Performance – In-Season Training Program

MAVS is excited to partner with Trilogy Sports Performance to offer a comprehensive In-Season Sports Performance Training Program designed specifically for MAVS athletes. This program focuses on optimizing athletic performance during the competitive season while supporting injury prevention and long-term development.

Training Components

  • Agility Training
  • Volleyball Skill-Related Performance Drills
  • Volleyball-Specific Strength Training
  • Vertical Jump Development
  • Pre- and Post-Performance Assessments

Program Details

  • Session Length: 1 hour each (Monday-Thursday - 4pm, 5pm, 6 pm, 7pm)
  • Frequency: 2 sessions per week
  • Duration: 1 month (8 total sessions)
  • Cost for Individual Months: $199/month (if not registering for the full season)
  • Performance Tracking: All data and assessments will be available through the Trilogy Sports and Fitness App
  • Personalized Support: Each athlete will receive a Trilogy Performance Profile, including additional performance activities for at-home development
  • Scheduling: Individual scheduling through the Trilogy Sports and Fitness App

This program is an excellent opportunity for MAVS athletes to maintain peak performance throughout the season while gaining access to cutting-edge sports science and personalized development tools.

Pre-Season Training

MAVS & Trilogy Sports Performance are excited to announce their new partnership and will offer a comprehensive pre-season training program focused on optimizing athletic performance, long-term development and injury prevention.

Each session is 4 weeks: 
- Next Session: September 29-October 23

U10-U12:
- Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday
- 4:00-5:00 PM

U13-U14:
- Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday
- 5:00-6:00 PM

U15-U18:
- Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday
- 6:00-7:00 PM or 7:00-8:00 PM

Athletic performance, Agility, Vertical Jump Training, Strength Training, Core Development, Injury Prevention, and Long-term development.
