Camps & Clinics
MAVS Volleyball offers year-round training for players in the community.
MAVS coaches are excited and eager to coach kids at all levels of volleyball. We make it easy for beginners to participate at a level they are comfortable with and challenge those ready for the next level. Whatever your athlete's goals, we want to help them achieve those goals and provide the right environment for them to do so!
SUMMER (June & July) - Summer Camps & South League
FALL (September & October) - Fall Academy, Kidz Akademy, Club Prep Academy & Fall 4v4 League
WINTER (January & February) - Lil' MAVZ & MAVZ KIDZ Winter League
SPRING (April & May) - Spring Fling & Spring 4v4 League
2025 Spring Fling
MAVS Volleyball is proud to announce the return of our very popular Spring Fling!
What is Spring Fling?
- Small group lessons (6 players per coach) designed to maximize touches, with instruction specific to age & skill
- Instruction designed & led by MAVS Coaches
- Includes tshirt! (Registration after February 15th may not receive a shirt!)
- Open to boys & girls
- Sessions available for Kindergarten - 10th Grade players
Program Structure:
Session = 4 Consecutive weeks on the same day and time
Sessions cannot be made a la carte or combined.
Sessions held at MAVS 816 and MAVS KC

2025 Spring Fling
MAVS Volleyball is proud to announce the return of our Spring 4v4 League!
What is 4v4 League?
- Teams of at least 4 players come together to compete in this fast-paced, FUN league!
- Compete against other teams in the area!
- Open to boys & girls
- Advanced & Intermediate Divisions available!
Program Structure:
Every team plays two matches each game-day.
Weeks 1 & 2 are pool play
Weeks 3 & 4, teams are re-pooled based on record, pool play continues.
Week 5 is bracket play (we do our best to guarantee two matches on this night)

MAVS FUTURE STARS!
Future Stars is our youth program designed to progress and provide players with athletic fundamentals, teamwork, and volleyball vocabulary.
Future Stars is open to any player, boy or girl, who is interested in learning more about volleyball!
Players start in our "Lil' Stars" division, ages 3-5 years old. Then continue into the "Rising Stars" division, 6 years old. "All Stars" are the 7 year old participants. Once players have "graduated" from the Future Stars program, they can join several programs through MAVS including our Lil' All Stars Camp this Summer. These program focus mostly on fundamental volleyball skill development and learning game-play in a 6 person team setting.
All Future Stars sessions will be held at MAVS KC - 16501 W 116th St Lenexa KS
Pick from any or all of the following dates:
- Tuesday, March 11th
- Tuesday, March 18th
- Tuesday, March 25th
- Tuesday, April 1st
All sessions are 5:00-5:45 PM
Cost: $20 per session or all 4 sessions for $60 (includes Tshirt)
2025 MAVS Summer Camps
MAVS Volleyball is proud to offer camps and clinics for players of all ages and experience. This Summer, we will offer camps for players ages 3-18 years old, for all levels of experience. MAVS Summer Camps provide small groups for players to learn and compete. Grab a friend or a teammate and join us this Summer for a fun and challenging training. Camps are featured at both of our locations, specific camp times based on level and location, see camp registration for more specific schedule.

Train with the biggest and best boys club in Kansas City!
MAVS Boys Volleyball is proud to present our first ever, boys only, Spring Academy in March, 2025
- Small group skill training and matches
- Instruction led by MAVS Coaches

Program Structure:
8-14 Years Old:
Players will be divided into teams based on age and skill level.
45 Minutes Skill development and training
45 Minutes match-play against other BOYS Spring Academy teams
March 2nd-30th - Sundays Only from 6:30-8:00 PM
Instruction designed & led by MAVS Volleyball Coaches.
March 9th Session held at MAVS KC: 16501 W 116th St, Lenexa KS
