Victoria Henson

Victoria Henson, originally from Leavenworth, Kansas, excelled in volleyball, earning a scholarship to Iowa State University. A Hall of Famer and three-time All-American, she holds the Iowa State University kills record. Transitioning to coaching after a pro career, Victoria finds joy in fostering a competitive yet fun environment at Mavs, where she’s entering her fifth season. Under her leadership, every Mavs team has qualified for nationals each year. The organization has provided invaluable opportunities for personal and professional growth. She balances her coaching duties with her role in accounting and as Head Volleyball Coach at St. Teresa’s Academy.
